Location: Oxfordshire

We are recruiting for a Front of House & Administrative Co-Ordinator to join our team.

The employee will normally work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is mandatory
The employee will be accountable for the cover of Calber’s existing Front of House services at Client sites. FOH shifts range from 0700 – 1900, Monday to Friday as required.

Salary – £25,000 per annum

Experience Required – Front of House and general administration experience are essential
Experience within a facilities management environment and/or service provider background desirable

Duties
Under the direct authority of the Head of ECSAT Estates and Facilities Management Service, the
ECSAT Service Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Coordinate in close collaboration with ECSAT FM the implementation of ad-hoc projects with
    third party companies, upon request of Head of ECSAT FM Service
  • Ad-hoc support on other tasks not mentioned in the above list, to Head of ECSAT FM Service
  • Organize and coordinate the implementation of office accommodation requests, office moves
    and office layouts for the ECSAT employees.
  • Coordination of complex user requests related to FM services
  • Support the catering service delivery, and analysis of catering data in support to the head of
    ECSAT FM service.
  • In close collaboration with the ECB representative in ECSAT, provide assistance where
    required specifically related to on-site logistics coordination, set up for new exhibitions layout
    requests and liaise with ESA service stakeholders (e.g. IT, VideoConferencing, AV etc).
  • Coordinate and support AudioVisual system development and operations in the MVCC, in
    agreement with Head of ECSAT FM Service, and other stakeholders or team members.
  • Coordinate inputs and feedback on MVCC services and event types to support the continuous
    improvement of ECB event management; coordinate communications with Campus
    stakeholders on MVCC event operations and provide input to the MVCC website
  • Coordinate the FM on site activities for the preparation of special events in ECSAT which are
    not organised by the ECB (e.g. Xmas party, ESA days, FM meetings, Programme Boards)
    The appointed post holder shall in principle not be responsible for any hard services, unless explicitly
    requested by the Head of ECSAT Estates and Facilities Management Service.
    Technical competences
    The candidate shall list all their technical competencies relevant for a successful and efficient
    execution of the role. Whilst no formal Bachelor degree is required, the candidate shall have
    equivalent demonstratable experience in similar roles.

  • Good communicator
  • Open-minded, confident and pro-active
  • Willing to learn, adjust and operate in a fast-paced, international process driven environment

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Education
    The candidate shall provide full transparency of their entire education starting from GCSE until latest.
    Any extra curriculum training relevant for the role shall be identified.

We are recruiting for Cleaning Operative to join our prestige team based in Harwell, Didcot.
Early morning cleaning Operative required. (Monday to Friday. 5am to 7am)

We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our prestige client site in Milton.

Duties to include: General cleaning of kitchen areas, office areas, and lab area.
